Make money and gift cards feel personal again. Download, print, and fold in minutes.
Gift cards are the most practical gift, but they can feel a bit... cold. Handing someone a plastic card in a grocery store envelope screams "I bought this 5 minutes ago."
Our Free Printable Gift Card Holders solve this problem. They are designed to fit standard gift cards perfectly and add a layer of thoughtfulness and humor that turns a transaction into a genuine gift.

Assembly Instructions
Print on Cardstock
Use standard 8.5" x 11" cardstock (65lb recommended). Regular paper is too thin to hold the weight of the gift card.
Cut Out the Template
Cut along the solid outer lines. Do NOT cut the dotted lines—those are for folding!
Cut the Slots
Use an X-Acto knife or carefully use scissors to cut the two small slits in the center where the gift card corners will tuck in.
Fold & Insert
Fold along the dotted lines. Insert your gift card into the slots. Use a piece of double-sided tape or a glue stick to seal the sides if you want a pouch style, or just fold it like a card.

After The Guide
What usually makes printable gift card holders feel more intentional than a plain envelope
Once the DIY idea clicks, the useful next question is whether the holder is for teacher appreciation, a coffee gift, or a retailer-specific joke so the printable line actually fits the card inside it.
Best Use
Retailer-specific fit
Gift-card holders usually feel better when the pun and retailer actually match, instead of forcing one generic sleeve onto every card.
Main Risk
Flat assembly
These pages feel weaker when the printable looks good on screen but the final folded holder feels thin, crooked, or disconnected from the message.
