By accessing and using OnePageParty ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

OnePageParty is a free web-based application that allows users to:

• Store planning data locally in their browser

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

User Accounts and Registration

No Registration Required: OnePageParty is designed to work without requiring user registration or account creation. You can use the Service immediately without providing personal information.

Local Data Storage: Your party planning data is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. You are responsible for backing up your data.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (party plans, guest lists, etc.). Since your data is stored locally, we do not have access to or claim ownership of your content.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimers

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OnePageParty and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Since your data is stored locally, you will retain access to your party plans unless you clear your browser data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnePageParty operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
