Arrange chairs in a circle facing outward. You need one less chair than the number of players.
Start playing upbeat music. Players walk around the circle of chairs.
When the music stops unexpectedly, everyone must find a chair to sit in.
The player left standing is out. Remove one chair and continue until one winner remains.
Instead of removing players, remove chairs. When the music stops, everyone must try to fit onto the remaining chairs (sitting on laps is allowed!). See how few chairs your group can balance on.
