One person is "Marco" and closes their eyes (or wears blindfold).

Marco yells "Marco!", everyone else yells "Polo!".

Marco tries to tag players by following their voices.

If Marco tags someone, they become the new Marco.

On land, ensure the space is safe and free of tripping hazards.
Fish out of water rule: In a pool, if Marco hears someone exit the water, they can yell "Fish out of water!" to catch them.
